Questions owners ask

Is this allowed by Google?

Yes. The customer writes and posts the review from their own account. We only help them find the words. No reviews are bought or rewarded.

Do customers need an app?

No. They scan the QR or tap your WhatsApp link, and it opens in the browser.

Can my patients mention the doctor's name?

Yes. Add your doctors in the settings. Patients tap a name and it goes into the review.

What if a customer is not happy?

They can write anything they want. The tool never hides or blocks a review.

I don't have a Google review link. What now?

Open your Google Business Profile, tap Ask for reviews, copy the link and paste it in the settings.

Do I need a MyDigitCard card?
