Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and MyDigitCard (“Mydigitcard Business Solutions”, “we”, “us”), and govern your use of Mydigitcard Business Solutions (the “Service”), a digital business card platform. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

2. The Service

We provide tools to create and publish a digital business card with a public link, QR code, and optional custom domain. Features and plans may change over time.

3. Plans & payments

Paid plans are billed as one-time payments for the stated duration (no automatic renewal unless stated). Prices are shown before purchase. Taxes may apply.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, misleading, or infringing content, or to harass others, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt the platform. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you add to your card. You grant us a limited licence to host and display it so the Service can function. You are responsible for the content you publish.

6. Referral / agent program

Where offered, referral discounts and agent commissions are subject to the rates and minimum payout shown in your account and may be changed or withdrawn. Commissions are paid after applicable tax deductions (e.g. TDS) and may require valid PAN details.

7. Availability & liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
