Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for paid plans sold by MyDigitCard.
1. Digital service
Plans activate your digital card immediately upon successful payment. Because access is granted at once, payments are generally non-refundable except as described below.
2. Cancellation
Plans are one-time and do not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel mid-term. You can simply choose not to renew. You may stop using the Service at any time.
3. When we do refund
- Duplicate or accidental charges.
- Payment captured but the plan failed to activate due to a fault on our side and we cannot resolve it.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
4. How to request
Email support@mydigitcard.in or message us on WhatsApp at 8600733601 within 7 days of the charge with your registered email and payment reference.
5. Referral commissions
If a referred purchase is refunded, any related agent commission may be reversed.
