Not every business needs a digital card on day one. But some signs show you are already losing customers or time without one. If three or more of these sound familiar, it is time.
Sign 1: You answer the same questions all day
"What time do you open?" "Do you deliver?" "What is the rate?" Each call takes a minute, and on a busy day that adds up to an hour. A card with your timings, delivery area and price list answers them before the phone rings.
Sign 2: Customers can't find your shop
If people call for directions or say "I couldn't find you", a card with a correct map pin and a photo of your shop front fixes it. Share the link before they leave home.
Sign 3: You already take orders on WhatsApp, but messily

When customers ask "what is your number for GPay?", a card with your UPI ID and QR saves the back-and-forth and gets you paid directly into your bank.
Sign 7: You have no idea how people find you
A digital card shows how many people opened it and what they tapped. That tells you whether your WhatsApp shares, counter QR or Google profile bring the most customers.
