Mr. Kapil Kumar Aggarwal, Founder and President of Viklang Sahara Samiti, Delhi, is a committed social activist with expertise in disability rights advocacy, community development, training, coordination, and NGO management. In recognition of his remarkable contributions to social service, he has received several prestigious honors, including the Helen Keller Award (2004), the Gold Flip Bravery Award, Silver and Gold distinctions at national and regional levels, and the National Award presented by the Vice President of India. Most recently, he was recognized as a role model for persons with disabilities at the 16th NCPEDP-Mphasis Universal Design Awards 2025. His unwavering dedication to advancing the rights and opportunities of persons with disabilities is highly commendable.
